SENIOR ASSOCIATES & ASSOCIATES
Suitable professionals are being sought for two specific practice areas:
LITIGATION and SOLICITOR SHIP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main purpose of role
Undertake fee earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the department
Ensure the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan
KEY TASK (not an exhaustive list)
Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
Supervision
Of fee earning work undertaken by colleagues
Management of support services for which (s)he is responsible, including supervision of own secretary

Financial control with particular regard to cash flow control through collection of monies on account and billing procedures
EXPERIENCE:
Senior Associates: 7-10 years active practice post qualification experience
Associates: 3 – 5 years active practice post qualification experience
PROFESSIONAL LEVEL: Senior Associate, Associate
QUALIFICATION:
Good grades LLB, B, LLM (where applicable)
Candidate must have been called to the Nigerian Bar

MARKETING AND STRATEGIC SUPPORT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing and Strategic Support Manager plans, direct and coordinates marketing and support services of the firm, provides administrative decision making support and leadership, oversees the workings of the back office personnel, administrative support staff including secretaries, housekeepers and security personnel
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Execute marketing and image making initiatives for the firm
Provide supplies by identifying needs in various support areas within the firm. www.nigerianbestforum.com
Establish policies, procedures and work schedules for all support staff ‘provide an effective communication system by identifying needs evaluating postings, maintaining equipment, approving invoices
Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
B.A or B.SC Degree Holder
Minimum of 10years relevant experience in a service industry or multinational company
